Halo Rings

This was a project I had in mind for a long time and wanted to collaborate with friends I made while in college. I knew very early on what I wanted to create and how I was going to do it. This made the project run smoothly from all the layout, animation, rendering, and sound design. I made the landscapes and lighting you see and my good friend Pedro Vasquez did the animation. I sent him reference of how i wanted Chief to get up and everything by recording my father while i directed him. With that Pedro was able to knock out the animation in 4 days then it came to rendering and final touches. Once school began I asked another friend Gabriela Crawford if she would want to do the sound design for me and she did. I gave her the song and she did all the rest. This project means a lot to me and being able to create and give respect to this beloved game that i grew up with has been a dream of mine.
